Dean's Wisdom; Part Three
I have been adding Bob's Red Mill whole ground Flaxseed Meal to my oatmeal for a couple of years. It suggests it should be added to other cooking. I had read about it helping cancer patients, controlling cholesterol, protects against heart decease and stroke. I find it in the health food department of the local grocery store. Yellow or opaque bag. It keeps well. I can't recall the price but it comes in 1 lb bags. Unc.
