"Terry's Gettin' Sunburned."

I have Justin, Johnny, and Shayla all snug in there bed,
Terry is sleeping he's turned totally red,
He's been working outside on trailers and things he should not
He's bending and twisting and swelling, sun's hot

I'm glad it is Friday, tho each week flies by
I'm counting the days now till summer, big sigh
Mom seems to be better of that I am glad
When she's sick with a fever I surley am sad

Tami and Justin their move are still making,
Hours and hours of work it is taking
They've replaced carpets, pipes and boards in the floors
taken out cistern, and even screendoors

It's getting real late but tired I'm not
I'm finally feeling better so giving up I'm not
I got to work this morning, the gym teacher was there
She said Linda have a good one, I said Mary take care

This year's been a strange one at our little school
We've had broken wrist, finger and fight's against rule
Parents are crazy, no wonder the poor kids
Have troube on anger, keeping their lids

I went to the vet tonite after getting the kids
Tom's having some dental work he needed some meds
41 dollars the receptionist said for antibiotics
This cat is so lucky its not narcotics

Enough of the babble, and rambling on
I love you all lots, that you can count on
Have a wonderful picnic tomorrow at Di's
The time is a pleasure no matter what size
