I'm not sorry I said it,
'Cause now Linsky has did it.
She started these letters in rhyme.
I know once you've started
You'll all grow glad-hearted
And join with our efforts, in time.
Though we're all sentimental,
It's a tad monumental
To place all these feelings in verse.
You might have good intentions
And fantastic perceptions
But nothing comes out right at first.
But if you keep trying,
The words will come flying.
In no time You're there with the best.
So don't go out drinking,
Sit down and start thinking.
I know you will be richly blest.
