We got in to Washington just as the sun was going down. By the time we got to the National Mall and parked, it was pretty dark but we took some pictures any way. The fountain is part of the World War II Memorial just recently completed. The reflection of the Washington Monument was taken from the front of the Lincoln Memorial about the place where Martin Luther King gave his famous 'I have a dream' speech.
