More pictures of the Gary & Connie trip - The bougainvillea grow hanging over a fence, alongside a path where we went back into Mexico (a little town called Algodones that seems to be mostly a collection of pharmacies, dentists, eye doctors and plastic surgeons), to get some cheap medicine. One I pay $82 for a months supply was less than $20 for 56 pills. We only bought one bottle tho' as I'm taking them carefully to be sure they are as strong and do the same job with no side effects. So far, so good! If we go south for part of the winter every year, that town may become a regular stop. The little band was playing to entertain the lines (and for contributions). Arriving at Phoenix, we went to this wonderful botanical garden and preserve for cactus. Gary knew about it but I had never been. It's in the Papago Peaks area and showcases all the natives and some from other parts of the world. We spent a half a day there. If you're intrigued by cactus, this is a must see. love, Connie
